Shipping

We currently offer 3 shipping methods from our California office:

Ground

Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Two Business Day

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Business Day

Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

For international orders we recommend www.shipto.com. They offer a great service to help get your products out cheaper and easier then we at Desce are able too.  

Processing Time:

Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.

Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Desce, Inc.  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.

You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

You will be contacted by e-mail with a Fedex tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.

Please note: a customer signature is required for Two Business Day and Next Business Day deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.


Returns

If you are not delighted with your purchase, Desce, Inc. offers complimentary returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

  1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
  3. The merchandise must not be altered.

Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of receipt of your package. Not returnable at any time: lingerie, swimwear, antique jewelry and clothing, pierced earrings, women’s eveningwear, altered merchandise, and any item marked Final Sale.
